There is a minimum of $15 of buy price to sell to us

Please be sure when entering items in the Buy List Cart that you choose whether you want CASH Payment via Paypal or Check or STORE CREDIT
STORE CREDIT is a higher value than Cash Price. After checkout and receiving your items we will email you a code to use in our online store.

Please be sure to print a copy of your receipt and include with your items.

All gaming cards or figures must be Near Mint to Mint and complete with all accessories, cards or boxes where applicable to get the agreed on price.  Any returned items will be returned at your expense when they are not Near Mint to Mint, the order is incomplete, they are the wrong edition or type. Make sure you check versions and sets. It must be the card that was agreed on, so look at set, version (foil, not foil, alt foil,  1st edition or unlimited, etc).

All Cards or figures must be packaged with the list we agreed on and sorted per the list. If not a fee will be charged for sorting. The fee will be a minimum of $5 and will go up based on sorting time. All Figures should be boxed or bagged by set. We know they can't stay in exact order like cards, but at least they must be separated by set in baggies or boxes. Make sure all figures have boxes, cards and or dossiers where applicable. There will be a minimum $5 fee for incomplete or erroneous orders. All items that were agreed on must arrive within 7 days of the email back to you stating we will buy the list.

Procedure to sell to us....
Use our online buylist shopping cart to send us items for sale. Any items not listed in the Buy Lists please email us at games@paladingaming.com  a list anyway and we may still want the items, we will email you back and let you know.

Please keep like items together on list. IE. Miniatures with miniatures, Cards with Cards, Magic cards with magic cards, etc.

THIS IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFER TO BUY, AND WE MAY RAISE OR LOWER BUY PRICES AT OUR DISCRETION. OUR NEEDS CHANGE OFTEN AND CARD and/or Miniatures PRICES WILL EITHER BE LOWERED OR REMOVED AS OUR INVENTORY NEEDS ARE MET.

Due to huge volume of incoming shipments,  we will send out checks payment within 7-21 days of receipt of your package.  We can also pay within 2-6 days if you have a pay pal account on receipt of your package.

You agree the items sent match the card and/or miniature grading definition of Near Mint to Mint as defined by our card grade guide below, according to our grader's discretion - we will be fair and accurate in grading. Please keep in mind that any cards sent in less than Near Mint condition are subject to markdowns varying from 25% to 95% depending on the card's condition. MINT condition on miniatures are considered to still be in the original bags and the cards unplayed.

We do not offer the option to have non-NM items returned to you, but may do so depending on overall condition of items.

You agree to ship your items safely and at your own risk. We highly recommend that you pay for tracking and insurance when shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your cards during transit. We take no responsibility for the safety of your cards until they are in our possession. It is your responsibility to make sure the cards arrive, and arrive in good condition, and you are responsible for shipping charges to us. If you do not have a safe shipping container, you may keep the cards together by wrapping them in paper and taping the paper close. We highly recommend plastic holders and/or bubble envelopes and/or small cardboard boxes for maximum protection. No rubberbands, please! We also recommend a delivery confirmation or tracking service so you know the status of your cards at all times. We will let you know we have received your cards by our payment to you.
Please keep in mind that at times we receive huge volumes of "Sell to Us" orders in the mail. Though not usual, it can occasionally take 1 to 2 weeks to process your cards after we receive them. Please be patient.
You agree that we reserve the right to send back in whole or in part any order placed if we become overwhelmed with orders selling us a particular card(s). In this instance, based on the percentage of the order returned, we will compensate you for reasonable shipping costs and packing materials and return you the cards at our cost. Don't worry too much - this basically never happens, but we're simply reserving the right to do so.

Card and/or Miniatures Grade Index

MINT CONDITION: These cards have no wear and were not played. Miniatures or other items still sealed in original plastic and unplayed.

NM CONDITION: These cards look MINT except for a small pick or two on an edge. Miniatures or other items not in plastic but unplayed.

EXCELLENT CONDITION: These cards have been played, but the wear does not stand out unless you look for it closely. Excellent cards tend to have slight dimples or indentations on the back which are not noticeable upon casual inspection. There may be minor scratches or slight marks on the edges. Miniatures in equal condition.

FINE CONDITION: These cards were played and you can see the wear even on casual inspection. The wear is consistent with regular play such as minor whitening, but nothing that would make the cards easy to identify; more minor scratches or slight marks on the edges than EXCELLENT cards. A minor crease will earn an otherwise EXCELLENT card a FINE rating.

GOOD CONDITION: These cards have a played look including such common problems as extensive whitening on the back and around the edges and noticeable scratches, blemishes, or marks on the front. These cards may have black dirt marks. These cards should be played in decks with cards in similar condition.

POOR CONDITION: Cards in POOR condition are cards that do not fall into any other category
